Cancellation Policy

Private events

A 50% nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will result in the loss of the retainer, but no additional balance will be owed. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are nonrefundable, and the full event balance will remain due.

Clients may request to reschedule one time by providing at least 30 days’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to Ya Hala Coffee’s availability and must take place within six months of the original event date. Payments cannot be transferred if the requested date is unavailable.

Weather

For outdoor events, the client must provide a safe, covered area. Weather-related cancellations are subject to the same cancellation terms unless Ya Hala Coffee determines that conditions are unsafe for service.

If Ya Hala Coffee must cancel the event, the client will receive a full refund or may transfer all payments to another available date.
