Refund Policy

Pre-orders

If something is wrong with your drink, let us know at the cart and we'll remake it. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancelled events

If an event is cancelled for weather or any other reason, all pre-orders for that event are refunded in full automatically.

Private event retainers

A 50% nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. If Ya Hala Coffee must cancel your event, you'll receive a full refund or may transfer all payments to another available date.
